@elonmusk you should really see who is running your customer service/sales. Extremely poor customer experience from start till now. Zero response from online orders despite 5 emails over 2 weeks. Not even 500 miles on it, and my new @Tesla Model 3 needs service for a strange noise that other owners online say they’ve never heard. Service apparently can’t happen until Monday. Finally decided I shall not buy Tesla again. Had 5 years of great driving experience but recently door handles don’t open and Tesla cannot book me in for a service for a month. @Tesla Flat tire “service” sucks. Was told 60 minutes for a loaner tire. After 55 minutes I called and Tesla made me call back 5 minutes later after a full hour! I and many others have had issues where there have been crickets in terms of responses on Twitter and in messages sent to corporate.
